Terms of Service
for Better Work

Better Work (betterwork.id.vn) is a software platform providing AI Agents that support study and work — including task management, vocabulary learning, quiz generation, career profile optimization and related utilities.

The service is operated by an independent development team, not affiliated with any large organization or corporation. Send feedback or support requests to support@betterwork.id.vn.

To use Better Work you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Google account for sign-in
• Provide truthful and accurate information at registration
• Be personally responsible for all activity performed under your account

3.1 Account

Each user may only maintain one account. You may not share login credentials with anyone else. Better Work is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing.

3.2 Gemini API Key

Better Work follows a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model — you use your own Gemini API Key from Google AI Studio. By entering an API Key you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the API Key
• You are fully responsible for any costs incurred by using the Key
• You have read and agree to Google AI Studio's Terms of Service
• Better Work is not liable if the Key is abused because you shared your account with others

3.3 Google Drive & Sheets permissions

When you sign in, Better Work requests access to Google Drive and Google Sheets. These permissions are used only to:

• Create and read data files in your Drive (Better Work’s own folder)
• Write application data to your Google Sheets
• Sync data across your sessions

Better Work does not access, read or modify any file not created by Better Work.

When using Better Work you must not:

• Use the service for any purpose that violates Vietnamese or international law
• Deliberately create or distribute harmful, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content through the AI Agents
• Intentionally exploit system vulnerabilities, launch DDoS attacks or otherwise harm the service infrastructure
• Use another person’s API Key or account without clear authorization
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other organizations or individuals
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy Better Work’s source code
• Use bots or automated scripts to access the service outside its normal intended use
• Resell your account or service access to a third party

Better Work reserves the right to suspend or terminate offending accounts without prior notice.

You grant Better Work access to your Drive data only to the extent necessary to provide the service. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Better Work is provided on an "as-is" basis. We work hard to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

• Better Work is not liable for losses caused by disruptions outside our control (issues at Google, Supabase, Vercel…)
• Better Work does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content — verify before official use
• Better Work is not liable for costs incurred by your use of your Gemini API Key
• Better Work’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the last 3 months

Some Better Work features require a paid subscription. By paying, you agree that:

• Service fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds may be granted within 7 days of payment if the service is materially different from what was described
• No refunds are granted after 7 days of use or after significant use of a plan’s features

To request a refund, contact support@betterwork.id.vn with your order details.

Better Work may update these Terms at any time. For material changes we will:

• Notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect
• Display a prominent notice when you sign in
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the service after the new terms take effect means you accept the changes. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Termination by you

You may stop using Better Work at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact support@betterwork.id.vn.

Termination by Better Work

We may temporarily suspend or delete accounts we find in violation of Section 4 (Prohibited conduct), with or without prior notice depending on severity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Vietnam.
